1. Cancellation Window

After this 12-hour period, or once the order has entered the processing or preparation stage, cancellations are no longer possible. In such cases, you may still return the item after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved within the 12-hour window, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
